PETS
a)	A small pet is allowed but the tenant is responsible for damages. 
b)	The pet must not disturb other tenants or neighbors.
c)	If damages are found during the term of the lease the tenants must pay for the damages at that time. 
d)	If the damages can not be paid or the pet is a nuisance, the tenant must remove all pets from the premises within 24 hr. until the damages are paid in full. 
e)	The tenant must receive written consent to allow pets into the house after their removal. 
f)	The tenant is responsible for any and all damages caused by the pet.
